EW as a tactical assets

Off the back of several threads I decided to research EW in detail and I'd like to see EW moved from a completely abstracted process to a more tactical option.

I'm dubious about the amount of time it would take to get data from an off map source feeding into a central command before being disseminated down to the local commander, it would be more likely EW assets being allocated to front line units (likely to Division for WP and Bde for NATO) which if EMCON is introduced would provided a range of tactical options (do I jam radar as I have airstrikes inbound, do I use my limited arty assets to reduce enemy jamming at the risk of CB fire, do I jam enemy comms now or in the middle of their attack)

ECM
This can be split into 2 distinct areas and should be represented by both vehicle and man portable units

Radar Jamming
Degrades both GSR and AD radar systems by a % of detection range per ECM asset - can be used to counter GSR and provide an additional method to increase the survival of aircraft/helicopters

Comms Jamming
As current EW degrades comms imposing a delay in transmitting/receiving orders

ESM
Electronic Support Measures - as above should allow passive methods to detect and triangulate radar and radio transmissions, the more ESM assets the greater the chance of detection and triangulation.
