Hey fellas - has the U.S. Entry chit problem been solved? I have the latest beta, but I still get the FUBAR U.S. Entry where both levels are higher than the chits drawn.

The entry level should be higher than the chits drawn.

The entry and tension pools
The US has a Japanese entry pool and a Germany/Italy entry pool. Your entry level against an Axis major
power equals 1.5 times the value of the markers you’ve put in its entry pool plus half the value of the markers in the
other pool.

Example: Jay has markers totaling 17 in the Germany/Italy entry pool and markers totaling 8 in the Japan
entry pool. Jay’s entry level against Germany or Italy is (17 x 1.5) + (8 x 0.5) = 29.5, rounding to 30. His entry
level against Japan is (17 x 0.5) + (8 x 1.5) = 20.5, rounding to 21.

Similarly, you have 2 tension pools - a Japanese tension pool and a Germany/Italy tension pool. Your tension
level against a major power equals 1.5 times the value of the markers you have in its tension pool plus half the value
of the markers in the other tension pool.

At the beginning of Global War there are three USA entry chits that will total between 0 (minimum 3x zeros) and 15 (maximum 3x fives). Entry levels are calculated after all chits are placed in either the Germany/Italy or the Japan entry pools.

If all three USA entry chits are placed in the Germany/Italy entry pool this would make the entry levels:

A minimum of:
(0 x 1.5) + (0 x 0.5) = 0 for the Germany/Italy entry level; and
(0 x 1.5) + (0 x 0.5) = 0 for the Japan entry level.

A maximum of:
(15 x 1.5) + (0 x 0.5) = 22.5 (rounded to 23) for the Germany/Italy US entry level; and
(0 x 1.5) + (15 x 0.5) = 7.5 (rounded to 8) for the for the Japan entry level.



Or is somthing else wrong?
