Can't Fly. Where's the Weather?

I have planes that have 100 AP, but I am told the "Unit does not have enough action points to move".
Since the ground is mud, I am assuming that the planes are unable to fly due to bad weather. However, I cannot find where the current weather is displayed in the game. Can somebody explain this to me?

Depending on scenario designer sometimes the weather is displayed on the ground as landscape modifications. Sometimes you just have to see what landscape the unit is on. Mud on the airport site might stop the unit from flying but it should not stop the unit from flying over mud hexes...however not sure the game was designed to allow that.

I am playing the Even Steven German vs Russian scenario. There was mud on the airfield. So that is why they couldn't fly.
Are you saying that the weather is not directly displayed? So it doesn't matter if it is raining, as long as there is no mud on the airfield? Or, I guess, better to say that there is no *weather*, just *weather's effects". IOW there is mud or snow on the ground affecting movement, but it isn't raining or snowing per se.

It should be indicated by the color of the hex (more brown) and in the name of the landscape to the left.
One small request.. could you please only post game bugs and crashes in the support forums and ask questions in the main forum? thanks
best wishes,
Vic

Absolutely. I believe with your moderator privileges you can move these threads. I will post in the other area my other questions.
Thanks
