Playing V1.3.3.0, with factory destruction/repair and engineers. I am in German production, with a supplied engineer unit in Brussels. Isn't there supposed to be a line on the production chart for repairing the factory? Otherwise, how do I repair the Brussels factory? It's listed in the repair pool.

as I understand it, the repair is free, and will happen after the production phase.. because the factories is not damaged, it have just changed control (not the same as strategic bombardment damaged)

there is a bug, were only that country engineers can fix, that countries factories. is it a German engineer/ German factory

There's a phase near the end of a turn where you are offered the chance to destroy enemy blue factories that you occupy and in which you are in supply (as required by the rule). Since repairing a red factory costs no BPs, I'd expect you'll be offered that choice then too.

no it happens automatic after production phase. there is really no choice to make.

when you place a engineer there, you have already chosen to repair.

but there can be reasons to keep a factory damaged.. you can´t loss PP from a damage factory
