Where to find?

Can anyone tell me where to find Boonerat's other Vietnam Combat Operations.
I know Volumes 1-3 are included in 3.4but he did at least 13 Volumes I think.
They may not be adapted for 3.4 but they would be good to have in order to play
on older versions. Each one is a great map and history guide if you play all
the scheduled operations. The arrival schedules and order of battles speak for
themselves.
