location of Cologne

Actually, Cologne is on the western side of the river Rhine, not on the eastern side as in the game.
I've been there, the Rhine flows through it, and the older parts of town are actually on the West bank. It was probably a judgement call, but during the war, it was probably mostly West of the Rhine
It's not a huge deal, but I guess technically you could split the city in two and place an urban hex on each bank
