I just hit replacements for the Chinese in the attached file, and the game jammed on me. Can anyone please take a look...

I loaded the game and had no problem completing the Chinese reinforcement phase. The Chungking Militia can place in either of two hexes adjacent to Chungking (so I guess the option of Off-City reinforcement is On).

The other two units have Nationalist controlled cities they can be placed in.

I restarted and everything went just fine! thanks for checking!
