Hi I own Flashpoint about 2 days ago the movement sounds stopped working, not a major issue but I thought that I would just uninstall and reinstall, big mistake!!! the uninstall worked as far as I could tell,but

1. The old Download link was closed apparently I have used all my Downloads? i have not re downloaded from Plimus at all.
2. The latest 2.08 link/download works, but when installed thinks it is already installed and offers to reinstall....
3. If I start the 2.08 application there is access violation and it stops working
4. If you try to update via the Flashpoint start up screen it trys to update my copy of War in the West!!
5. I have looked in the registry to see if I can find Flashpoint no joy

Any ideas as to what has happened to me[:)]

Best thing to do is to open a ticket with Matrix Tech support. They should be able to sort out the download and install issue. We don't have any control over that end of things. Keep us posted on what happens.

Hi, Matrix Support posted me a link to the original version 2.0 and I reinstalled that, then updated it to 2.081 and bingo it all works and the sound effects are back YAY!!!
