Found 2 irregularities.
1. Just database txt in the event pop up about the cruiser to Turkey turn before Turkey enters the war.
2. At turn 23 the hex NE Calais turns neutral. French troops was pushed out. Probably belonging to the neutral Holland. It happend on earlier versions, maybee I forgot to report it. In steam forum yes but that is easily overlooked.
