patch 07 not installing

Hi, need help with installing the new update. I download the zip file, find WarinthePacificAdmeral'sEdition-UpdateComp-v1124.exe inside, double click on the exe,
get a windows security box:
"Do you want to allow the following program to make changes on this computer?"
Program name: Setup Application
Verified Publisher: Slitherine Ltd
File Origin: hard drive on this computer
click on Yes, and nothing...
I am currently playing version 1.7.11.23x10-Aug-23 2014 13:14:22

Maybe right-click the exe-file and choose "Run as Administrator"?

Do you extract the file before running it?

Yes. Unzip first to a temp directory and then click on the unziped EXE.
Trying to run the exe from with a zip can cause issues with performance and not being to find DLLs to run with.

Thanks gents! I may have been attempting to run the exe in the zip. I put it on the desk top and ran it as the administrator and we have lift off!
