All of this is actually nothing new. The sources for this analysis are actually openly available academic literature and official reports by the PLA themselves.

In general, China's military is still in the transition and doctrinal problems still remain, as well as the lack of certain key capabilities. The PLA themselves do not expect a truly modernized force before 2030 anyway.

Basically; China has the hardware, but still needs to adress weaknesses in the software. And nothing can replace real combat experience.
Again, these points are also sourced from official Chinese academic papers about their own military.

many overestimate china others underestimate them... china will grow faster then the US, just see the AIIB

They may grow faster, but they are starting from a point pretty far back. And their economy has slowed significantly enough to puit some of their plans in doubt.
