Hi All,
Running current version. When exiting to main menu and pressing
"EXIT", nothing happens. All options on this screen are inoperative
and I have to exit the game using the Task Manager. Any Ideas?

Thx for your reply. No, I don't believe the situation is similar.
Some more details: I'm running on windows XP 32 bit. No problems
with running the game, no crashes while playing. Not playing
in Steam, strictly on cd. When going to the main menu to exit the game, the main menu screen shows different views as it cycles thru but there is no crash to desktop, etc.,just keeps cycling thru different background pictures. Game was saved normally and the auto saves are functioning. Only problem is using the main menu to exit.

So the exit button never works, right? Even if you just start the game and click on Exit, right?
Was it working before the patch?

All the buttons work when starting the game, including the "EXIT" button. The problem only seems to take place when the game is in progress and then returning to the main menu. I have not played the game prior to the latest patch, so I do not know if the issue was present prior to the patch.

Sorry about these problems you're experiencing. Does the issue with the main menu becoming unresponsive occur every time you go from the game back into the main menu?

Just tried starting a cpl of games and letting one season expire.
experienced no probs exiting from the main menu. Seems to be a random prob.

I've had the same thing happen on my Win7 machine after wrapping up the tutorial on version 1.4. After returning to the Main menu all of the buttons failed to respond to clicks. I had to kill the application from task manager.

It has only occurred that one time, I have not been able to reproduce it since and unfortunately I didn't save the tutorial during play.
