I found the guy's first remarks in general tech, and tried to reply there, but there was no upload feature. I just put this where he or she might find it easy, assuming he or she was still having a problem.
I just checked - it was the Unofficial Tech Support for Gamers by Gamers, and started about a week or two ago.
