2 air?
I haven't air at all:confused:

Anyway, I've done my deployement, it's your turn.
Good luck!;)

Save is in your mailbox, seems like I can't send even file size 207kb up to forum:confused:

No air on this side either, guess those sissy fighter jocks went home for the holidays

The Russians get the first shot with a less than impressive artillery salvo, scoring one casualty.
Looks like they're all hiding now, in fear of the American wrath:D

These save files size was only about 50.4 kb:confused:

Please zip and upload again.

Drat, quit the game too soon so it didn't save right.
I'll redeploy tomorrow when I've sobered a little
Gotta finish the champagne first, LOL.

HAPPY NEWYEAR

Ok, this one should work...

Soviet artillery is even more useless this time around; One 120 mortar jams and two 160's get counterbattered.

Your turn:)

Yup, That worked!;)

First enemy contact in village when my motorcycles crashed into your infantry squads and halftrack.
That's all.
Your turn in mailbox.

Kicked your bikers out of town, lost a jeep somewhere.

There's lot of guys on all sorts of vehicles approaching, like a scene fom Mad Max

Bette get those ATguns deployed...

 Was there T-44's and IS-2's on Mad Max? LOL:D

Anyway, I killed a Jeep, DUKW and Pershing at my turn and lose couple of mens myself.
Didn't observe any AT-Guns yet...

Your turn in mailbox.

My tank! My beautiful tank!
You'll pay for that:mad:

In the north some Russian vehiles get shot up, badly upsetting the passengers. Some sort of flak truck gets destroyed as well as a halftrack a bit further south. There where also a couple of bikers, but they seem to have run away...

Still fairly quiet in the village in the middle, probably won't last, though. There's a hint of vodka in the air...Means there's Russians upwind :D
There's also some activity in the south, think I'll have look at what's going on up there.

Found some of YOUR ATguns... and AA and even a gun casement:eek:
Well, it makes sense, as you'll be defending most of the time:D

This vodka smell is just from bottle which dropped from motorcyclists on the gates of village:D Don't worry about that!:D

This was quite peaceful turn, only two jeeps wasted.
I know also where some of your Chaffees are now hiding.
I hope those don't cause any troubles for my troops next turn...;)

Back to you.

Well, they do, actually. Two guards squads and their halftracks, as well as a ZSU-37 and a T44 are out of the fight

Near the southern Vhexes another M5 is blown up and more vehicles are found hiding behind the hill. Mostly T44s and IS-2s.
When are they gonna come out and play?

Not much action, only one Chaffee decrewed in north.
But where are all of your M4's and other Pershings?
I see just Chaffees and Jeeps here and there:)

Save in mailbox.

Those Chaffees are good enough to deal with what you'e throwing at me. No need to break out the big guns just yet...
Two OT34/85, a flaktrack and T44 reduced to scrap and another T44 is damaged.
In the south, a greyhound bags his second halftrack. Still qiuet in that sector....

Only one Jeep killed in center...
Those Chaffees did very good job with Bazooka teams, now I must pull my troops back from north and do some reorganizing:mad: .

Back to you.

Pull back faster :D
An Easy8 blows up another T44 and your infantry is being decimated by .50 fire followed by some mortar shells.
So far, so good. But I wonder what's lurking behind the next ridge...
Sent the guys that got the jeep running and destroyed the halftrack they came in on and also disoesed an MC squad lurking on the edge of town.
There's definitely a lot more activity in the south where the SOV's have captured a few Vhexes, but no juicy targets so far...
What are you up to? Trying to sneak up on my 'weak' flank, eh?
Just when I get my 8inchers back online :D

My retreat continues up in north where one of your Greyhound were killed.

I think my 152's made some ruin among your troops in village where some yankee boys were eating dinner:D

No casualties on your 8 inch. barrage...just some supression maybe...

Back to you.

You'e still not running fast enough :D
Three or four more inf squads are wiped out and yet another T44 goes up in smoke. A second one is badly damaged, its enginge and coax gun shot to pieces. Wonder how long the crew will stay in there...
Cost me a bazooka team and another Chaffee, thanks to a 85mm gun on that low ridge
Took a quick peek behind the next hill...
You got a lot of men hiding back there, I'd better do something about that. Wouldn't want to make them start throwing molotovs at my tanks, such a waste of booze ;)

The GIs in the village thank you for the fireworks and wish you a happy newyear as well. So kind of you to alleviate the boredom a little. They send some of you bikers back to your HQ with a small token of their gratitude.

The big guns are doing fine, looks like a bunch of tanks are routed or retreating. Except for that group of T44s coming round the south end of the hill; Better adjust the firing coordinates a bit...

Not much, only some exchange of shots by infantry in village and some bombardments at the end of the turn.
This time your 8inchers hit some soft targets and some mens were killed.

I dropped some more ammos to the village where New Year Party continues and more booze was wasted:(
