Hello,
I'm not sure about this but doesn't capitals'city of baltic states count as secoundary supplies sources (as conquered minor country)?

Yes although I believe this has been reported as not working right for the Russians.

Just stumbled upon this 'Baltic states' error myself.
Is some1 sure this has been reported already? If not, I'll do it asap in the tech forums. Bugs need to be exterminated [:D].

It's listed as fixed in the latest development beta, which is undergoing other testing to see if it should go public.
