I have a question: In the picture below the Chinese Nationalist cavalry unit recently moved into Wuhan. Shouldn't he be in supply now? Is Wuhan a Primary Supply Source for Chinese Nationalist units?

I am using version 1.3.3.0

If Wuhan was Japanese controlled before the CAV moved in, then it doesn't become a supply source until the next turn.

IIRC, a newly conquered/liberated city can't provide supply until next turn.
