I get the error message Invalid Serial Number when trying to install.

Bummas! Was all psyched ... I'm sure they will have a fix soon ...

We're not aware of any such issue, could you please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your serial number?

Did you make sure there were no extra spaces and did you enter it exactly as provided, in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX?

Having the same issue. I copied and pasted the serial exactly as found both on the store page for successful order and in the confirmation e-mail.

try typing it in, and not copying and pasting it

Yep, tried that too. If it's any help, I get the same message when I try to register the game in my members account on Matrix games...

Thank you, we've found the issue and we are fixing it, it affects only download orders on the Matrix store. For customers who were affected, we will be sending out new order e-mails ASAP with correct serial numbers.

Also having same issue whether cut and paste or typing. Hope it gets resolved soon as been looking forward to this game for ages.

It's already fixed in the store so that it won't affect any more orders, we're starting the process of e-mailing affected customers. My apologies for the inconvenience, you should have a new e-mail and serial number very soon!

Thanks, Erik. Have many Matrix titles and never had a problem before. I know it'll get fixed promptly. I appreciate the effort you guys go through.

I have the same issue i think they are posting new serials for all people that ordered it digital.

Edit: that was fast now the serial is working.

My activation went fine, but when I tried to register, it said the number was already taken. Did a help ticket.

it may just be pre registered, check you game lists, it may already says registered in there, if so then it was done already for you

Yes, it happened to me as well but simply the game was already registered.
