MP Cost Chart

It would be helpful to have a "Terrain/Action MP Cost Chart". I'm sure all the costs are mentioned somewhere in the the manual, but it would be great to have it all boiled down to consult quickly and easily while planning.
I've noticed, for example, it costs more MPs for some units to change facing than others. What is the base cost to change 1 hex facing and what situation(s) effect that base. Things like this condensed down to a page or two in chart fashion would show good polish to a promising game.

Thank you for the kind words. I don't want to seem flip, but the short answer is that when we looked at doing this for the manual we found that our movement rules were just too complicated to put into a table. We've got so many modifiers to the costs of things I was concerned that players, seeing a simple chart, would think that the system wasn't working properly. Also I find that tweaking these movement costs is something that we still seem to do in response to tester feedback from time to time. We actually tweaked the cost of crossing streams at a road juncture very shortly before release in response to player feedback. So any table that we made, especially a table that we put into print, would likely soon to become obsolete. [:)] Still, I think you're right that this would be a good addition, maybe for a PDF file or something.

May be something someone in the community can put together and maintain through coordination with you should costs change in future patches. Thank you for responding.

Yes, and would be nice to know which kind of modifiers are applied for each terrain also, i.e. if I read correctly fire damage from forest is weakened but with skirmishers out you have a bonus instead, is it right?
Do you have a positive defence modifier in the forest?

Forests should have defensive modifiers, and there should be a penalty for firing out of forests except when skirmishers are deployed.

Would be feasible to have (or where to look at) a list with all modifiers for every terrain? Or it would be to give too many information to the players?

I would have to put something together. There is a base terrain data table, but there are so many exceptions to it that it would be more misleading to read it than not.
