Vichy Creation - Undo on Naval Causes Problems

The end of phase button stays grayed out if during the creation of Vichy an "undo" naval move is made. This can happen either when moving ships at sea to a Vichy port (as illustrated by the CP in the below screen cap) or moving French ships "overran" in conquered French ports to Vichy ports. This "undo" move can either be a "ctrl-del" to undo a single move or it can be the "undo all" under the command button at the top of the game control menu. The same problem apparently does NOT happen when moving ground units from conquered France to Vichy.

I'm playing with the latest public beta, version 1.4.0. And since the game can't be saved after the decision to create Vichy until all those rolls and moves required by that decision (which are a lot) it's frustrating and time consuming to have to reload and try to faithfully recreate what transpired up to the point that this "feature" occurred.

It took me several tries before I was able to reproduce this problem using your saved game.

The Undo command doesn't appear when you bring up the Unit menu. But if you reselect the unit after having placed it in a port, and then use the ESC key to return it to the first port, then the end-of-phase button does remain disabled (incorrectly). To continue the game, I reselected the unit and moved it to Saint Louis and then moved it yet again to Dakar. That re-enabled the end-of-phase button.

I am giving this problem a lower priority since it requires several steps to achieve the problem state. And then you should be able to recover most of the time.
