Duplicate (missing?) LCU

Stock slots 4325 and 4321 are both listed as the
Maizuru 2nd SNLF. There is a first (4274) and
a 4th (4275) so it is likely the third.

Was done as AI suicides 2nd a lot of time on Wake and at the time there was no buying back of units and I needed to have it for other AI scipts.
Will never be more than one on map at any time 2nd one basically builds back up to 1st to cheat and re create it for AI scripts
Obsolete now as AI will rebuild destroyed LCU's
