I'm having trouble withdrawing air units. For example, VMF-123 (wildcat) and VMF-231 (corsair) only show Transfer to Base and Transfer to Ship as options. Disbanding or Withdrawal are grayed out. I've moved them to various bases...one is now at San Francisco and one is at Eastern U.S. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I suspect you have a fragment somewhere. When you look at the unit, does it have an OOB option in the lower left corner of the panel?
