Game Crash During Break Down Corps/Armies Phase

This error occurs when you try to break down (i.e., click on) the German 6-3 SS unit in Paris.

Game turn attached. This one is easy to reproduce. Just load the turn and then click on the 6-3 SS unit in Paris.
By the way I'm playing with the latest public beta, version 1.4.0.0.

When you get such a error always terminate MWIF and go back and try to continue without that error occurs.
If you continue the game after such a error the game might be corrupt all the saves that are made could also be corrupt. And it might take a long time for such a error to reveal itself.
