Barbarossa Chisinau weird issue

We have finally tested some netplay Barbarossa after being away for a year. It's working better, but we have run into inconsistencies with the unit status on the two computers.
We are including three save game files each.
In the Land Movement test.GAM file you can try to move the Romanian inf unit to different hexes and undo the movement to see that the status in the two computers rarely matches.
The Land Movement before.GAM file is from the German land movement before this happened. There is also some weird stuff in Poland trying to get the german unit there (closest to the HQ)in supply.
The Last file, Russian action showing disorganised.GAM (might be a different name for the USSR side) shows the unit in Chisinau as disorganised and out of supply for USSR, but just out of supply for the Germans.
These files are from the axis player. I hope the same files will be added by the Russian player.
