When ALT-TAB is used, and we return into game, the mini map disapear. Just the yellow cursor is remained.

Thanks for this report, although it does not seem to happen on my machine. Have you tried toggling J afterwards?

Does the minimap reappear after a while?

No, it doesn't reapper. Just when I re-start the game.

I have 2 PC, one with win 7, the other with win 8.1. Same problem on both.

Not sure why this is happening but it can be cured by playing in Windowed mode instead of FullScreen mode. (Select this in advanced options).

The game will still fill the screen (if the screen resolution set in the game matches your actual screen resolution) but alt-tabbing will no longer lose the mini-map.

Note that you need to exit the game normally and restart it for Windowed mode to take effect.
