Two easy reproducable naval bugs

Found my way back into the game to see if bugfixing is making the game playable.
Fooling around trying to test some of the bugs I encountered a year ago.
Tried this in hotseat mode.
Identified some bugs I can't see reported here...
#1 Invaded on an face-down CV with cvplane attached:
Roll = 1 -> Capturing a CV with plane on makes the game crash.
Roll = 3-4 -> Destroying a CV with plane on makes the game go corrupt as the cvplane of the destroyed CV stays in the captured hex.
#2 Assigning naval combat losses on convoys.
First round of combat -> losses works, some aborted. (no problems)
More than one round of combat -> If you get result of 2X on 3 remaining convoypoints -> game crashes
More than one round of combat -> If you get result of 3X on 5 remaining convoypoints -> game crashes
(Not tested 4X on 7 convoypoints)
No savegame, but i think the bugs are pretty easy to reproduce.
