looking for a new Player

i am new to the game and would like to play a scenario
I am a slightly below average player and am willing to give it a go.
A scenario I like is the Alt. CV Campaign...would like to play the Soviet side as that part of my game needs serious improvement. If interested we can discuss house rules.
