unable to download patch

Been trying to download v2.0 patch for 3 weeks. All I get is an error message about denying access to anonomous. I don't have this problem with UV auto update. What must I do to get patched?

The 404 / 503 error literally means that the FTP is busy. The links are working.
If the FTP is busy you will have to try again later or try to log in to our public FTP manually via an FTP client:
FTP login:
Host: ftp.matrixgames.com
Port: 21
Login: anonymous
Password: Your Email Address
FTP login:
use PASV mode
Or try
www.fileplanet.com they host most of our patches.

I successfully downloaded the patch from a suggested alternative site. Thanks for the help.

The FTP was slow to start but worked okay. I was using WS_FTP.
