i would like for an AI submarine which detects an ennemy TF that follow this submarine
follow this TF (without attack it), so when an allied AI TF will be in range of this ennemy
TF, this allied TF will attack this TF.

I have not found in the editor a mission type which permits that...

So perhaps it is not possible to do it.
