Hi,

I'm playing a Global War scenario and facing my own mistakes and misunderstandings of the rules. I am trying to send this [traded] resource from Hungary to the idle factory in Cologne to produce it.

- I select the resource
- I click on Rail/Ship -> Produce
- Later on Where to and I select Cologne
- I click on recompute but nothing happens

There is a clear railroad going from Hungary to Cologne, so I don't really know what's going on or what I am doing wrong.

Any idea?

long time since I played and I do not have the rules in front of me but what is the status of Yugoslavia ? Are they in their zone of contol ?

Yugoslavia is at war agains Italy, but not Germany. Still it can't the case, as the resource appears as "Idle", not "Lost to EZOC"

Are you using the settings for default and override?

is Italy a active major power, or neutral

A saved game would make things a lot more clear. It's always difficult to see what is going on from a screen shot only...

I was actually expecting I was doing something wrong and that was very easy to solve. I tried to send to Munich too, but not going on production.

I always allocate all resources to factories in the preliminary production phase. I don't know if there are any things which you should not be able to do in the final production phase. I don't think there is. So we have a bug here.

To get around this, make sure that during the preliminary production phase things are already OK.

The reason the resource is not being sent it that it is in a ZOC of an enemy unit (Yugoslavian).

That is a bug since the Yugoslavian unit ZOC should not extend into a neutral country.

And Yugoslavia is not at war agains Germany.
