Hi guys,

We're looking to post the 1.05 public beta tomorrow (Friday).

Some great improvements incoming, here's a list:

BROTHER AGAINST BROTHER, VERSION 1.0.5

GRAPHICS CHANGE: Commander radius shown only on edges. Radius is turned on automatically when a commander's HQ is selected
GRAPHICS CHANGE: Show strength bars relative to unit start and break strength. (Top of strength bar = full strength; bottom = breaking strength).
In PBEM, chat messages are now instead shown in a popup box at the start of the recipient's turn.
Reduced the maximum levels of zoom a little bit.
Made improvements to the appearance of unit text when zooming.
CTRL+Left-Click now selects a unit without re-centering the map
Routed/disordered units are now marked with R or D (respectively) in the OOB list.
GRAPHICS CHANGE: Increased the opacity of graphical overlays.
New hotkeys:
N go to Next unit (functionally equivalent to the Control Box > icon toggle)
P go to Prev unit (functionally equivalent to the Control Box < icon toggle)
C toggle on/off the Command Radius for the selected commander
M toggle on/off the Moved highlight
D toggle on/off the Disordered highlight
R toggle on/off the Ready-to-Fight highlight
O toggle on/off the Out-of-Command highlight
S toggle on/off the Out-of-Supply highlight
H cycle through Victory hexes

We may also be able to increase the FPS further.

Regards,

- Erik

Also, 1.04 was expected to go official this week. I'll check on that tomorrow.

How about ditching the floating, levitating casualty numbers? Just display them above the affected units, no rising upward [8|], then they just vanish after a short while? That should save some CPU cycles right there.

Any chance to get a Music Volume Slider or check boxes in a future patch. I like the music but would like to be able to TURN IT DOWN a bit without losing the volume of the voices and sound effects.

Thanks
