Does anyone know of a mod that has a component that includes Solar Sails?

Well, the Energy Extractors in the vanilla game are probably the closest thing to Solar Sails.

I use Energy Extractors for my stations but i think they dont work in deep space. Solar sails use radiation pressure to push starships between stars. I think it would be a cool idea for ship design but I dont know how i would use in DW cause you can develop faster drive systems quickly

The best you can achieve is probably to use a custom main engine component with 1/1 speed + minimal or no energy drain. The energy panels don't work for moving objects either.
