Im trying to Mod new dawn so that I can have random Napoleonic countries and leaders, this seem possible. All I have to do is mod out certain technology and replace it with technology of the time seems to me.
I like the idea of random leaders. One of the thing with Napoleonic's is that you are stuck with historically bad leaders on one side and exceptional leader on the others side. This looks a good solution.
Would there be anything Id have to look out for, with tech changes?

You should rework the techs and all the SFT´s. I´m no expert in Napoleon age, but if you have Paradox games March of the Eagles, you could get some inspiration on techs and units. You will need to rework SFT Groups too.

Yes I intend to rework all the SFT tech and units Ive done similar before changing a current Mod now Im confidant in reworking for a Random Napoleonic game
