net Crash

I am about 8 hours into a game and it will now not stop crashing.
There is no log, but there is events in the windows event viewer.
First this:

Now i have try ed almost everything in your list to try.
#6,7,8,9,10,11,12
I am using net 4.52 but i have also try ed 4.
Please Help

I would post the logs but i keep getting this

No mods and never had any...
I owned the game a few years back, but this is a new steam install.
That error above will not even let me make a new game now, i did start a new one. But now i just get that error. and my old saves just dead from the net error.

It happens during galaxy generation (before you get your empire and start playing)?
In that case, it could be some corrupt file. I would suggest to wipe the local files and do a new install.

Yes.
I was able to start a new game as i wanted to test to see if the net error happened on a new game, which is did.. then i try ed to make another new game and this happens.
