I have a 39 factor engineer one (eng1) which has not produced any EP in a turn.

Is there any factor which can prevent a ready, supplied, non-harassed engineer unit from growing its EP in a turn?
I have never seen anything like this before. The unit is properly attached to a HQ. It is just sitting there doing nothing.

This is in a game of GD1938 using the latest beta of ATG.

Can you show a screenshot?

Only thing I can think about is it already having maximum EP points.

Remember level one engineers only store 5 ep per sft. You need level two for 10.

What an interesting coincidence!

After all these turns I find out that there is a capacity to EP in an engineer unit. I knew there was a growth rate but not a capacity. Thanks you both for the help!
