Solved - Vsync possible?

I have between 4000-6000 FPS in the main menu and my GPU start making noises. Is it possible to force vsync?
I have tried through my Nvidia driver but with no luck [&:]
Please advice, want to play my new game.

Playing with or without fullscreen does not change anything [:(]

And I can add that its only in the menu. When playing in the 3D world I have around 30 FPS.

I see is Win8.1 did you already try to launch the game in compatibility Win7 and admin permission mode?
Change something using different resolutions?
