How many pages is the game manual?

I assume the pre-printed one in the boxed version will be grey-scale, correct?

The PDF file version of the game manual is 106 pages. Have not seen the printed version as yet so I can't comment. However the game manual for the Gettysburg 150th edition was full color so there is some hope.
