Not sure yet this is a bug, so asking here.

The manual says :

“All in Sight” The Map will display all friendly units and
enemy units visible to your units.

What I see on the field with this display level is that I can see every unit (friend or foe) in sight of my commander and not every allied units and the enemies they can see.

Other display levels seem to work as explained in the manual.

I think it is based on Play LvL.....not 100% sure

It is based on play level. If you have not got the overall difficulty setting at 'custom' those options will not apply.

I am at custom when I see this behaviour.
