Getting ready to invade shortland island and am wondering if you can march from bougainville hex to the shortland hex or do you have to make a landing dirrectly on shortland? Hard to tell by looking at the map.

Nope....the Bouganiville to Shortland land bridge disappeared at the end of the last ice age.
