Will Panzer Corp work with Microsoft 8 OS and/or 10?

I'm contemplating buying a new computer and wanted to know if my Panzer Korp game (and campaigns-Africa Korp, Allies) will work on Microsoft OS 8 and/or the new 10 OS when it comes out? Has anybody upgraded from 7 to 8 or am I screwed until Matrix/Slitherine upgrades the game?

I am currently running 8.1
I upgraded from 7 through 8.1 and I love playing all the PzC games and mods. I also run the steam versions as well.

I moved Panzer to my Windows 8.1 system recently and everything is good. I play daily via multiplayer.

In 4k 3840x2160 32" screen, it is terrible, un-optimized, big black spaces on a tiny screen, Zoom out and you will laugh. I should have known.

The engine is pretty old now and was long before 4K was thought of so we cant fully support it.
The recent fix allows you to run at other resolutions so 1920x0180 should work now and things will be much larger.
It works on my 4K monitor and I can see and play the game fine now.
It is not the native resolution so is slightly blurred but this isn't something that can really be fixed easily.
Running your desktop at HD might also work better but can be a pain as it messes up your icons.
