Game opens with graphic much larger than screen size. Not possible to play
Win 7 64bit GeForce GTX 780 and display resolution at 1920 x 1080. This works fine with SOW Gettysburg.
I've tried some GeForce settings but not clear what to do.

To change the screen resolution go to the options page, first tab, right column. Select the screen resolution you want. Then click on the 'Apply Options' button at the bottom left. Click Main Menu and then Resign to exit the game. When you start the game again it will be at the new screen resolution.

I think the Beta patch fixes this necessity, setting the start up resolution lower, but not sure.

First let me thank you for your assistance. However, I can't seem to get to the Options page or button. With the game screen oversized, I can't see or get to any buttons on the lower section of the screen. What can I go to get to them?

Thanks much. I followed your link and found the post on changing the .ini file. That worked fine.

You can force it manuall; in your documents directory you can find a SOWWL directory, here open the file sowwl.ini and search a section [initialization]; if you don't find it insert it manually and below insert the screen screen res=X where X is a number which indicates the progressive of possibile resolutions, at example try to insert screen res=3 and try to open the game, it should have a bigger resolution and probably it will permit to change the settings this times directly from the game (if not increase again the number).
