I need to uninstall UV to re-install it with the 2.0 update, thus allowing me to get the higher updates (since true update won't work).

I cannot uninstall version 1.0 for some reason. I get the error message: Initialization file not found.

This is way more complex than it should be Matrix. This snafu with the inability to update my game has caused me to abandon UV and I really did like the game.

Please tell me heads rolled over this :->

Would like some more infop from you please. How did you try to unistall it? Via the games unistaller? If so try using 'start,settings,control panel, add or remove programes'

This is exactly how I tried to uninstall the game and it didn't work.

So does this mean we now have 2 of you that are having this same problem?
