Looking for Jap ship art or info

Any buddy got art for Japanese 1941 Type A heavy crusier. Or if the Japanese ever thought of building big gun cruisers like the Deutschland Class?

Docup,
These are the closest I have to a Type A Japanese Battle cruiser. It's from my copy of WPO.
Chichibu class
