Installed the game on a new computer. Down to custom campaigns. Downloading... done... ERROR UNPACKING THE CAMPAIGN.

Any ideas what the problem could be? I have never seen anything like this before.

Check if any of your Internet security programs (liek anti-virus, anti-malware, etc.) aren't interfering with the scenario/campaign installation.
