Unknown decompression error

Hi
I have just downloaded Scourge of War:Waterloo and installing I get the above error and comes to a grinding halt. I have purchased the box set and doubt I can download this game again. Any idea how to install please?

I uninsatalled the download and redownloaded. This time it installed fine.

Try installing in Windows safe mode.
