Angels of Death DLC download issue

Anyone else have a problem with this DLC? My download is only a 1k file. I got Glory of Macragge at the same time and it is fine. Emailed BlueSnap and they reset the download, but same result, a 1k file. Also emailed Matrix support, just looking to see if anyone else had this issue? I purchased the other DLC and two other games over the Independence day weekend. The other three are fine.
