I don't believe so. The latest I've seen is that he has been working on another naval game.

It's interesting that the forum for TOAWIII is called "Norm Koger's The Operational Art Of War III," whereas this forum is called "The Operational Art of War IV."

He did an amazing WW1 JUTLAND series.....
Rumour has it he is doing the WWII version of it. I'm sure it will also be fantastic!!

Jutland looks great, but lack of support is off-putting. The store site and forum is dead.

Like I said, it was buggy and then they bugged out. The last 'fix' made it worse than ever. Now there's no one to fix it. Distant Guns, the Japanese/Russian naval combat version of Jutland, is better IMO because it doesn't seem as bugged. I have them both btw.
