Some questions

Sometimes, I see enemy units "flashing" : it looks like an explosion, the counter seems burning.
There are no messages associated ( like supply destroyed by a lucky shot), the unit doesn't seem involved in any fight.
What does it represent ?

I also get the message warning me that a full brigade is disrupted, but when I check each unit of the brigade, I can see that some regiments are not disrupted at all.
Is this normal ?

In the patch notes, I can read that routed units are now marked with a R in the oob list. But I have units performing rout moves and I can't see any R letter in the oob list.

The first seems like you're describing the graphic used to show that a unit has rallied. As for the other two issues, these haven't been raised before so I'll check with Eric to see if there might be a problem.

I can second that the R in the OOB appears to be missing. As I posted in the technical support threads, it also seems like the text when one inspects a unit showing that it is routed, disrupted or whatever is very often missing over the last couple patches as well.

The flashing graphic is indeed an indication that the unit has rallied -- I think from the special-rally rule, that is, a rally caused by a general somewhere in the unit's hierarchy.

When the R is missing in the OOB, can you confirm that those units are still routed (say, by selecting the unit and looking at its stats)? I will look into this.

I can confirm that they have bad statistics, but I knew that they were routed thanks to the message "... brigade has performed rout move".

It's possible that some units which perform a rout move afterward are rallied and at that point are no longer routing.
