Are Armored division movement rate Slowed by non mechanized support units?
i.e. engineer support units? If so, how do I get engineering support for an armored division.

I think the mechanism is the same as in WiTE. If you attach non-mot units to a mot/arm units then the support unit becomes motorised - there is a charge against your truck pool and then they cost fuel etc but move at the standard speed of the on-map unit
