I've tried to download the latest version three times now. The download runs for 5-15 minutes before stopping with the message below.

Error
Unable to download file
An error occurred when downloading information from the server

I initiate the download from the Command Main Startup Screen by clicking the "Check for Update" button. I have a 20 mb/sec connection on my end.

Doesn't always work for me either, there is a fix somewhere on the boards that Matrix posted a while back, but you can just download it from here and patch it manually. tm.asp?m=3897234

I always patch manually, though.

I ended up doing the update in what seems to be "off hours" (8AM New York Time). The download ran in just a few minutes and worked fine. Thanks for your help....
