I skimmed the coast of the UAE, that way I was able to concentrate my firepower. My helos with rockets and hellfire's wrecked havoc on the Iranian fleet.

The Detroit barely survived it's critical hit from one missile after I sent her away from the group to protect it while I made a dash for the strait.

System labeled it as a disaster, with a score of -875. I call it a heroic defeat, considering the situation, I caused a lot of damage to the Iranian navy and put up one hell of a fight. And in the political sense I did not fire the first shot.

Did you check whether the incoming missile was in the ships engagement arc?

I found it a very interesting and fun scenario. Congratulation to the author for the idea and excellent work!

Got a MAJOR VICTORY.

Iran navy have a lot of units but no ranged weapons and early warning, so it's quite easy to kill everything with helicopters and JSM. Even when helos are out of ordinance you can go on with guns and hellfires from ships. I have kept my ships all together, on EMCOM A and one Seahawk always on early warning. The only critical moment was the mass attack with C802 ASM form the coast... very tense missile defence. Also managed to detect iranian mini-sub, persecuted and killed them with seahawk. Their torpedo were easily evaded thanks to LCS amazing speed.
Maybe too easy, better to add more loads to USN helicopters and some PTM and early warning assets to iranians.
